DUI
At approximately 12:14 a.m., a 69-year-old Lambertville man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and having an expired registration. He was released with a court date of January 16. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.
December 24
Dispute
At approximately 2:11 a.m., patrol responded to a residence on North Union Street for a dispute. Upon arrival, the situation was quickly resolved without incident. Detective Albani investigated.

Dispute
At approximately 5:27 p.m., patrol responded to a residence on Holcombe Way for a dispute. Upon arrival, both parties were separated and the situation was resolved without incident. Patrolman Brown investigated.
December 30
Harassment
At approximately 10:39 a.m., residents from Clinton Street responded to police headquarters to report ongoing harassment from their neighbor. After obtaining thorough statements, the complainants declined further assistance and were referred to the court for the complaint process. Corporal Wurpel investigated.

Report Of Fire
At approximately 4:51 p.m., patrol responded to the wooded area south of the high tension tower along the Delaware River for a bonfire. The fire was determined to be a small camp fire that was extinguished without incident. Sergeant Memolo investigated.
January 9
Theft
At approximately 3:35 p.m., a resident on Brunswick Avenue reported a contractor failed to provide services after being provided a deposit. Patrolman Zilliox is investigating.
January 14
Fraud
At approximately 5:39 p.m., patrol responded to a business on Cherry Street for credit card fraud. Detective Corporal Bast is investigating.
