A fire at The Logan Inn in New Hope Borough brought a large response from firefighters in Bucks and Hunterdon counties.

Just before 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, firefighters were called to the popular inn, bar, and restaurant at West Ferry and South Main streets.

The initial reports, according to dispatches, were for smoke and fire in the building.

Further dispatches confirmed heavy smoke in the building and flames spotted from a vent.
