Residents will have a unique opportunity to engage with law enforcement in a relaxed setting as the City of Lambertville and New Hope Borough police departments host a “Coffee With A Cop” event.

The event is scheduled to take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, October 2, at the Fisherman’s Mark Food Pantry at 262 North Main Street in Lambertville.

The “Coffee with a Cop” initiative is part of a broader effort across the U.S. and Canada aimed at breaking down barriers between police officers and the communities they serve. By providing a casual atmosphere, the event encourages open dialogue, allowing citizens to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know their local police officers.

The outreach event is open to all who wish to attend.
