Police Log: Multiple Trespassing Calls, Tools Stolen & More

August 7

Theft

At approximately 8 p.m., a resident from Delevan Street reported several tools taken from the residence.  Detective Albani is the investigating officer. 

August 12

Trespassing

At approximately 11:58 a.m., a 69-year-old Lambertville man was charged with defiant trespassing after being advised he was not permitted on private property. The man was provided with a court date of September 5. Patrolman Zilliox is the investigating officer. 

Retail Theft

At approximately 6:20 p.m., a business on Church Street reported merchandise missing from inside of the store. Patrolman Zilliox is the investigating officer. 

DUI

At approximately 11:48 p.m., a 44-year-old City of Lambertville man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane and careless driving. He was released with a court date of September 5. Patrolman Brown is the arresting officer. 

August 13

Trespassing

At approximately 12:15 p.m., a 69-year-old Lambertville man was charged with defiant trespassing after being advised he was not permitted on private property. He was provided with a court date of September 05, 2024. Patrolman Zilliox is the investigating officer. 

Harassment

At approximately 5:45 p.m., a resident of Lincoln Avenue reported ongoing cyber-harassment. The incident was quickly investigated and resolved. Patrolman Zilliox was the investigating officer. 

August 15

Trespassing

At approximately 11 a.m., a 69-year-old Lambertville man was charged with defiant trespassing after being advised he was not permitted on private property. He was provided with a court date of September 5. Corporal Wurpel is the investigating officer. 

August 17

Unwanted Person

At approximately 4:05 p.m., patrols responded to a business on Bridge Street for an unwanted person. The subject was located, advised not to return and left without incident. Lieutenant Brown investigated.

Trespassing

At approximately 5:36 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Church Street for someone trespassing. The subject left without incident after being advised not to return. Lieutenant Brown investigated.  

August 28

Fraud

At approximately 7 p.m., a resident on North Union Street reported online fraud. Detective Corporal Bast is investigating. 

September 1

Trespassing

At approximately 11:50 a.m., patrols responded to a residence on North Union Street for a report of someone trespassing on the property. The subject had already left the property but was quickly located and advised not to return. Lieutenant Brown investigated. 

Criminal Mischief

At approximately 1:58 p.m., a resident on Clinton Street reported criminal mischief to their vehicle. Patrolman Bereheiko is investigating. 

September 3

Trespassing

At approximately 12:38 p.m., patrol responded to a residence on North Union Street for ongoing trespassing. Sergeant Memolo investigated.
