Festivities, Fireworks & Drone Show To Mark End Of Summer In New Hope

The grand finale of Visit New Hope and New Hope Celebrates popular Summer Series and Fireworks is slated for this Friday, September 13.

The festivities will take place in New Hope Borough from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This summer’s final event will feature an fireworks display synchronized with drones and music, organizers said.

The evening’s festivities will commence at 5 p.m. on Stockton Avenue with a variety of new vendors and popular favorites from past events.

The highlight of the night will be the fireworks and drone show starting sharply at 9 p.m.

The final show will mark the first with drones along the Delaware River.

Organizers said that to enhance the experience, organizers recommend downloading the “Pyrocast” app and using code “SEJU” to synchronize personal devices with the show’s music.

A 20-minute countdown will alert attendees to prepare for the show.

Boaters eager to watch the fireworks from the Delaware River should note that the City of Lambertville boat launch will close at 8 p.m.

The boat launch will reopen post-event, with a 75-foot perimeter around the launch being restricted during the show to ensure safety.

To accommodate the influx of visitors, parking will be available at New Hope-Solebury High School and Union Square. Some locations may charge a nominal fee.

Traffic on Stockton Avenue between Bridge and Ferry Streets will be closed starting at 2 p.m., and they will be open only to pedestrians.
