PennDOT will be closing part of River Road (Route 32) in Solebury Township.
Starting Tuesday, August 27, and running through Tuesday, September 10, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. River Road will be closed weekdays between Phillips Mill Road and Upper York Road (Route 263).
During the road closure, drivers will be detoured to Upper York Road and Phillips Mill Road.
The closure is for paving of River Road in the area, PennDOT officials said.
Local access along River Road will be maintained.
Drivers have been advised by PennDOT to allow extra time when driving near the closure.
The paving work is weather dependent.
