PennDOT announced that a section of Upper York Road (Route 263) in Solebury and Buckingham townships will be closed intermittently for a pipe replacement project
The weekday road closures will occur from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are scheduled to start Tuesday, August 20, and last until Tuesday, August 27.
The impact section extends between Lower York Road and River Road (Route 32).
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes, including Lower York Road and River Road, to get around the closure.
While PennDOT will maintain local access throughout the duration of the project, drivers should plan for potential delays and allow extra time when going through the area.
