Chase Bank is proposing to turn a car wash into a new branch in Solebury Township.

The bank has submitted plans to turn the Four Season Car Wash and Lube Center into a new branch.

The bank would take over the site of the current car wash building and add a drive-up ATM. The bank building would be 3,425 square feet.

The bank would be located off Lower York Road (Route 202) in front of Logan Square.

The plan calls for adding several trees to the property and reforesting a small part of the property along South Shire Lane.

The plan still needs to go through the land development process and would have to win approval from the Solebury Township Board of Supervisors.

In recent years, Chase Bank has expanded into Bucks County with several new locations, including Bensalem Township, Doylestown Borough, Upper Southampton Township, and Warminster Township.

In 2018, JPMorgan Chase, the owner of Chase Bank, announced it planned to add 50 new branches and hire 300 new employees in the Philadelphia region. It would add to the company’s more than 5,000 branches.

Chase Bank said it serves more than one million customers in the Philadelphia region.
