PennDOT work to replace a pipe will close a portion of River Road (Route 32) this week.
The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The closure will take place on River Road between Aquetong Road and Windy Bush Road in Solebury Township and New Hope Borough, PennDOT officials said.
Drivers have been told to use Aquetong Road and Windy Bush Road during the closure.
Local access will be maintained up to the work zones.
PennDOT officials asked drivers to give extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
The work will be weather dependent.
