PennDOT crews will be replacing a pipe and that will cause road impacts in Solebury Township next week.
According to PennDOT, Aquetong Road between Carversville Road and Mechanicsville Road will be closed from 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28 and Wednesday, November 29.
“During the closure, motorists are directed to use Mechanicsville Road, Route 413 (Durham Road), and Carversville Road,” a PennDOT statement said.
Local access to Aquetong Road will be maintained up to the work zone.
Drivers have been asked to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups could occur.
The work is weather dependent.
