The New Hope Eagle Fire Company celebrated the arrival of their latest truck by holding a housing ceremony on Sunday.
Quint 46 was officially housed in a traditional fire company ceremony known as a “push in” at the station located on Sugan Road.
Expressing their gratitude, the fire company took to their Facebook page to extend their appreciation to the community and generous donors for their support. They acknowledged the backing received by the fire company.
The $1.3 million vehicle is both an engine and a ladder truck designed to serve the New Hope Borough and Solebury Township communities.
Quint 46 was delivered recently and replaces a 30-year-old tower truck.
