Seven Candidates For Five New Hope-Solebury School Board Seats

The stage has been set for the New Hope-Solebury School Board general election.

Seven candidates are vying for five open seats on the board for the district that covers New Hope Borough and Solebury Township, according to unofficial results from Tuesday’s primary election.

The general election Democratic ticket will feature Montu Patel, John Augenblick, Nik Heble, Linda Szwedo, and Judy McHenry Finn, while the Republican ticket will be made up of Ronald Felix, Donald Martin Jr., Augenblick, Patel, and Finn. Voters will be able to cast their ballots for five people.

Candidates for school board can cross-file to run on both tickets.
