Sharon L. Wutke, 58, of Lambertville, died on Saturday, May 12.
Born in Doylestown, Sharon was a lifelong Lambertville resident. She was employed at C. A. Niece in Lambertville for 22 years, most recently as assistant CFO. She also worked as a bartender and server at Holly Hedge Estate in Solebury. Earlier. Sharon served as head teller at the Continental Bank (now PNC Bank) in New Hope. As a young woman she worked at DelRay Thriftway in New Hope.
Sharon enjoyed yoga and antiquing, and loved working in her garden. She was a graduate of South Hunterdon Regional High School, and attended Mercer County Community College.
Sharon was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister. She was the daughter of the late John F. Monteverde. She is survived by her husband W. Bruce Wutke, her sons W. James Wutke and his wife Kelly of Sussex, N.J. and Kyle J. Wutke of Lambertville; her mother Gloria L. McCaffrey Monteverde of Lambertville, and her sister and brother-in-law Susan and David Peifly of Solebury. At the time of her passing, Sharon was looking forward to the birth of her first grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 18, at 8 a.m. at Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, 21 York Street, in Lambertville. Interment will follow at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
Calling hours at the funeral home on Thursday evening are from 6 to 8 p.m.
