Nicholas G. Harris, 36, of Levittown, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 17, at 2:14 a.m., for Possession of CDS and DUI.
While on patrol, Lt. Brown observed Harris’ vehicle traveling in the area of State Highway 179 and Lambert Lane at what appeared to be a high rate of speed. As Lt. Brown followed Harris’ vehicle, it remained in the left lane of travel on a four-lane highway with no other vehicles on the roadway. Lt. Brown stopped Harris in the area of State Highway 29 and Valley Road. Subsequent to investigation, Harris was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana, as well as to be under the influence of alcohol.
Harris was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Less Than 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI, Careless Driving, Speeding, and Traffic on marked Lanes. He was later released with a pending court date.

Maurice K. Hall, 33, of Easton, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 18, at 10:05 p.m., for Possession of CDS.
While on patrol, Ptl. Pascoe observed Hall’s vehicle traveling in the area of State Highway 29 and Alexauken Creek Road in the left lane of travel on the two-lane highway, with no other traffic on the roadway. Ptl. Pascoe stopped Hall in the area of State Highway 29 and the Holcombe Riverview Cemetary. Subsequent to investigation, Hall was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Hall was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Less Than 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was later released with a pending court date.
Case #17000637:
Susan C. Golus, 52, of Bristol, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 21, at 4:03 p.m. for an active warrant.
While on patrol, Ptl. Pascoe observed Golus’ vehicle traveling in the area of State Highway 29 and Weeden Street in the left lane of travel on the two-lane highway, with no other traffic on the roadway. In addition, Ptl. Pascoe observed Golus’ vehicle to have a rear tail light out. Ptl. Pascoe stopped Golus in the area of Ferry and South Union street. Subsequent to investigation, Golus was found to have an active ATS warrant out of Lambertville Municipal Court in the amount of $235. Golus was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. He was able to post bail and was later released with a pending court date.

Nicholas T. Demaio, 28, of Rockaway, N.J., was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 21, at 6:18 p.m. for an active warrant.
On Jan. 21, the Morris County Jail contacted Ptl. Pascoe advising they had Demaio in custody on an active ATS warrant out of Lambertville Municipal Court in the amount of $750, and could not post bail. Ptl. Pascoe responded to the Morris County Jail and took Demaio into custody. Demaio was later lodged in the Somerset County Jail.
Case #17000642:
Rebecca A. Zuromski, 38, of Branchburg, N.J., was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 21, at 9:13 p.m. for an active warrant.
While on patrol, Sgt. Gramlich observed Zuromski’s vehicle traveling in the area of State Highway 179 and Washington Street. A random plate inquiry on the vehicle revealed the registration to be expired as of December 2016. Sgt. Gramlich stopped Zuromski in the area of State Highway 179 and Mill Road. Subsequent to investigation, Zuromski was found to have suspended driving privledges and an active ATS warrant out of North Brunswick Municipal Court in the amount of $500.
Zuromski was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. Zuromski was unable to post bail, and an ROR was placed on the warrant. Sgt. Gramlich charged Zuromski with Driving While Suspended and Expired License. He was later released with a pending court date.

David Jones, 59, of Lambertville, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 6:21 p.m. for DUI.
While on patrol, Lt. Brown observed Jones’ vehicle traveling in the area of Route 518 with a license plate light out and a loud muffler. Lt. Brown stopped Jones in the area of Route 518 and Highland Avenue. Subsequent to investigation, Jones was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and placed under arrest. Lt. Brown charged Jones with DUI, Careless Driving, Maintenance of Lamps, and Loud Muffler. He was later released with a pending court date.

Hugo A. Tobias, 38, of Flemington, N.J., was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017 at 3:15 p.m. for Theft.
On Feb. 5, Lt. Brown formally arrested Hugo Tobias on a single charge of theft (third degree). Lt. Brown had investigated missing money from a lost wallet that was recovered inside Valparaiso’s Deli on Dec. 30, 2016. Surveillance footage from the store showed Tobias picking up the wallet, exiting the store, and then returning the wallet to where he had originally found it.
The owner of the wallet reported having approximately $1,000 in cash inside the wallet missing. Tobias was processed for the arrest, and released with a pending court date.
