New Hope
On Dec. 26, Maxwell Meade Daniels, 23, of New Hope, was arrested by New Hope police and charged with four counts of DUI (first offense), and Unauthorized Persons and Devices Hanging on Vehicles.
On Dec. 20, Danielle Lillian Mason, 35, of Beverly Hills, Calif., was arrested by New Hope police and charged with Possession of Marijuana – Small Amount – Personal Use, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Dec. 15, Ndauntas A. Kessler, 35, of Philadelphia, was arrested by New Hope police and charged with four counts of DUI (first offense), and Disorderly Conduct – Unreasonable Noise.
On Dec. 14, Katlyn Ann Zauflik, 21, of Fairless Hills, was arrested by New Hope Police and charged with DUI (first offense), Possession of Marijuana – Small Amount – Personal Use, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit Established by 20 mph.
On Dec. 13, Michelle Lynn McGuire, 38, of Yardley, was charged in a criminal complaint with Theft by Deception – False Impression, Receiving Stolen Property, and issuing or passing Bad Checks.
On Dec. 12, Mark S. McPhillips, 62, of New Hope, was arrested by New Hope police and charged with five counts of DUI (first offense).
On Dec. 4, Omar Takiedine, 30, of Parsippany, N.J., was arrested by New Hope police and charged with Possession of Marijuana – Small Amount – Personal Use, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operation of Vehicle Without Official Certificate of Inspection, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle.
On Nov. 30, Sarah A. Caswell, of Pennington, N.J., was charged in a criminal complaint with Possession of Marijuana – Small Amount – Personal Use, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, on June 29.
On Nov. 28, Lori N. Roberts, 42, of Holland, was arrested by New Hope police and charged with four counts of DUI (first offense).
On Nov. 27, Paul J Hacic, 58, of Philadelphia, was arrested by New Hope police and charged with four counts of DUI (first offense), Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Stop at Red Signal, No Rear Lights, Vehicle Registration Suspended, and Careless Driving.
On Nov. 26, David M. Perloff, 35, of North Hollywood, Calif., was arrested by New Hope police and charged with Possession of Marijuana – Small Amount – Personal Use, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit Established By 25 mph.
On Nov. 25, Mark Edward Livezey, 53, of New Hope, was arrested by New Hope police and charged with Simple Assault, and Disorderly Conduct – Engaging in Fighting.
Solebury
On Dec. 20, John Heinz Neddermeyer, 24, of Eagleville, was arrested by Solebury police and charged with DUI (first offense), Driving an Unregistered Vehicle, Operation of Vehicle Without Official Certificate of Inspection, and No Headlights.
On Dec. 6, Ian Paul Heim, 32, of Jamison, was arrested by Solebury police for Possession of Marijuana, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving an Unregistered Vehicle.
On Nov. 25, Gowri K. Daswani, 38, of Lambertville, was arrested by Solebury police and charged with DUI (first offense) and Careless Driving.
On Nov. 23, Clarke L. Lewis, 27, of Flemington, N.J., was charged in a criminal complaint with Theft by Unlawful Taking – Movable Property, and Receiving Stolen Property.
Buckingham
On Dec. 10, Pamela Anne Tiskus, 51, of Doylestown, was arrested by Buckingham police and charged with two counts of DUI (first offense), Following Too Closely, not Driving at a Safe Speed, and Careless Driving.
On Nov. 29, Melissa Ann Pasch, 45, of Newtown, was charged in a criminal complaint with two counts of DUI (first offense), and Careless Driving, on Oct. 28
On Nov. 23, Ceaton Watson Infante, 18, of Doylestown, was arrested by Buckingham police and charged with Possession of Marijuana – Small Amount – Personal Use, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Lambertville
On Dec. 25, Alexis G. Castro, 25, of Lambertville was arrested on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at 1:27 a.m. for DUI. Patrol responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash into a house on Hancock Street. Upon arrival, Ptl. Bast determined that Castro crashed his vehicle into the corner of a house on the corner of Hancock Street and Grant Avenue. There were no injuries to Castro or persons living inside the residence as a result of the collision. Witnesses reported seeing Castro throw bottles of alcohol into the woods which were quickly recovered by patrol. Subsequent to investigation, Castro was found to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest. Ptl. Bast charged Castro with DUI, Reckless Driving and Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol. Castro was later released with a pending court date.
