New Hope police unit responds to call on Jan. 3 at 1:08 a.m.

Case #15008982:

Jeffrey W. Tillard, 63, of Yardley, was arrested on Dec. 12 at 11:04 p.m. for an outstanding warrant.

While on routine patrol in the area of Mount Hope Street, Lt. Brown observed Tillard’s vehicle fail to stop at the intersection of Mount Hope and South Union streets. Lt. Brown stopped the vehicle on South Union Street.

Subsequent to investigation, Tillard was found to have an active NCIC warrant issued from Seminole County, Florida, for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Tillard was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. Lt. Brown charged Tillard with being a fugitive from justice and failure to stop. Tillard was later lodged at the Hunterdon County Jail.

Case #15009169:

Kelly L. Keebler, 21, of Upper Black Eddy, was arrested on Dec. 18 at 8:12 p.m. for an outstanding warrant.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Pascoe observed Keebler’s vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of State Highway 29. Ptl. Pascoe stopped Keebler in the area of State Highway 29 and Weeden Street. Subsequent to investigation, Keebler was found to have an active NCIC warrant issued from Bucks County for failure to appear. Keebler was placed under arrest, and processed for the warrant. Ptl. Pascoe charged Keebler with being a fugitive from justice. Keebler was later lodged at the Hunterdon County Jail.

Case #15009250:

Frank J. Pineiro, 22, of Califon, New Jersey, was arrested on Dec. 20 at 2:30 a.m. for DUI.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Pascoe observed Pineiro’s vehicle driving erratically without its headlights on in the area of Bridge Street. Subsequent to investigation, Pineiro was found to be under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered him incapable of safe driving. Pineiro was placed under arrest, and processed for the DUI.

Pineiro was charged with DUI, reckless driving, lamps required, and failure to maintain lane. Pineiro was later released with a pending court date.

Case #15009369:

Syndi A. Smith, 58, of Willow Grove, was arrested on Dec. 23 at 3:53 p.m. for DUI.

Ptl. Pascoe responded to the area of Bridge Street for a report of a possible drunk driver. Ptl. Pascoe located the suspect vehicle, and stopped Smith in the area of Bridge Street and Lambert Lane. Subsequent to investigation, Smith was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and placed under arrest. Smith was charged with DUI and careless driving. Smith was later released with a pending court date.

Case #15009576:

Stanley A. Sheaffer, 56, of New Hope, was arrested on Dec. 30 at 8:46 p.m. for an active warrant.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Bast observed Sheaffer’s vehicle being operated with a broken passenger side headlight. Sheaffer was stopped in the area of Bridge Street and Gordon’s Alley. Subsequent to investigation, Sheaffer was found to have an active warrant issued from Ewing Township, with bail set at $150. Sheaffer was placed under arrest, and processed for the warrant. Sheaffer was able to post the $150 bail on the warrant, and released. Sheaffer was also issued a summons for maintenance of lamps.

Case #15009588:

Lauren A. Molinaro, 35, of Flemington, New Jersey, was arrested on Dec. 30 at 11:41 p.m. for DUI.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Bast observed Molinaro’s vehicle driving erratically in the area of Bridge and North Main streets. Ptl. Bast stopped Molinaro in the area of North Main Street and Phillips Barber Road. Subsequent to investigation, Molinaro was found to be under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered her incapable of safe driving.

Molinaro was placed under arrest, and processed for the DUI. Molinaro was charged with DUI, careless driving and improper turns. Molinaro was later released with a pending court date.

Case #15009590:

Kyle P. Whitmore, 23, of Newtown, was arrested on Dec. 31 at 2:28 a.m. for DUI.

While on routine patrol, Lt. Brown observed Whitmore’s vehicle being operated without a passenger side headlight in the area of Brunswick Pike. Lt. Brown stopped Whitmore in the area of Old Route 518 and Brunswick Pike. Subsequent to investigation, Whitmore was found to be under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered him incapable of safe driving.

Whitmore was placed under arrest, and processed for the DUI. Whitmore  charged with DUI, careless driving, maintenance of lamps, and failure to exhibit documents. Whitmore was later released with a pending court date.

Case #15009626:

Adam Q. Shevack, 31, of New Hope, was arrested on Dec. 31 at 11:49 p.m. for an active warrant.

While on routine patrol, Lt. Brown observed Shevack’s vehicle make a right turn on a red traffic signal at the intersection of South Main and Bridge streets. Lt. Brown stopped Shevack in the area of Hancock Street and State Highway 179. Subsequent to investigation, Shevack was found to have an active warrant issued from Lambertville City Municipal Court in the amount of $79.

Shevack was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. Shevack was able to post the $79 bail on the warrant and released. Shevack was issued a summons for obstructing an intersection.

Case #16000016:

Chenoa R. King, 22, of New Hope, was arrested on Jan. 1 at 2:58 a.m. for DUI.

While on routine patrol, Lt. Brown observed King’s vehicle driving erratically in the area of North Union Street. Lt. Brown stopped King in the area of North Union and York streets. Subsequent to investigation, King was found to be under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered her incapable of safe driving.

King was placed under arrest, and processed for the DUI. King was charged with DUI, careless driving, and driving to the right. King was later released with a pending court date.

Case #16000045:

Thomas M. Ficarro, 25, of Warminster, and Luis J. Garcia-Valencia, 21, of Lambertville were arrested on Jan. 2 at 1:04 a.m. for disorderly conduct.

While on routine patrol, Sgt. Memolo observed a large group of people fighting in the street in the area of State Highway 165 and Swan Street. Sgt. Memolo determined two males to be the aggressors, with a large group of people surrounding them attempting to break up the fight. Subsequent to investigation, Ficarro and Garcia-Valencia were placed under arrest, and each charged with disorderly conduct. Ficarro and Garcia-Valencia were both treated for minor injuries and released with a pending court date.
