New Hope shops, galleries and restaurants will hold an end-of-summer sidewalk sale on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Organizers hope the the borough-wide event will lure some visitors back downtown from the Annual New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival being held at New Hope-Solebury High School.
Shuttle buses to the the downtown sale will be available at the Arts & Crafts Festival.
“New Hope is consistently voted one of the best art communities in the country,” observed Herb Millman, President of the New Hope Business Alliance. “From funky new boutiques to award-winning galleries, and from ice cream and burgers to fine dining, New Hope is bringing all it has to offer to the streets of the town.”
Organizers say the sidewalk sale will be held rain or shine, and that the event would not have been possible without the invaluable help of the New Hope Chamber of Commerce and New Hope Borough Council.
There’s no money in the till and no events.
