Town and Country Players of Buckingham are bringing popular Disney characters to life in their annual musical variety Holiday Show Dec. 13 and 14.
Families will recognize Elsa, Anna and Olaf from Disney’s movie Frozen. These characters, played by Kelly Slota, Keith Kirkner, Sarah Mayer, Nina Sigety and Bill Hoblin, will sing Do You Want To Build A Snowman, Love Is An Open Door, and Let It Go. There will also be a few songs children will know from the popular movie The Polar Express.
The Holiday Show will have characters and songs older audience members will recognize, as well. Tom McFarland and Joe Perignat will appear as the Smothers Brothers. Karen Abrams, Melanie Eyth, Carly Price and Colby Langweiler will dance their way through Jingle Bell Rock.
This is the third time Keith Soester and Sharon Rill-Soester have teamed up to create T&C’s Holiday Show. Said Soester, “The first year was so great…I was left asking, ‘how am I going to top that?’”
The Holiday Show plays Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. and Dec. 14 at 3 p.m. at St. Cyril’s Social Hall, 1410 Almshouse Road in Jamison. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children. They are available online or by calling (800) 838-3006.
Located on Route 263 in Buckingham Township, Town and Country Players is a non-profit community theater providing the Central Bucks area with quality theatre for the past 67 years.
