New Hope
November 15, 2013 – At 1:35 p.m. a New Hope woman reported to police that someone had stolen her debit card after she had placed it on a counter at a West Bridge Street establishment.
November 17, 2013 – At 12:26 p.m. a North Plainfield, New Jersey man reported to police that at some time during the prior 5 days someone had removed a spare tire, valued at $120.00, from underneath his vehicle, while the vehicle had been parked in a West Bridge Street lot.
November 18, 2013 – At 11:25 a.m. Police cited Walter Stenger, 51, of no fixed address, for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness, as a result of an incident which occurred on East Bridge Street. Stenger was released to a family member
November 20, 2013 – At 12:00 noon a Riverwoods Drive resident reported to police that, on the afternoon of Friday, November 15, someone had opened a box which had been left at her door by UPS, and had removed two bottles of shampoo, valued at $18.00, from within.
November 20, 2013 – At 2:37 p.m. Police cited Evonne VanLeeuwen, 18, of Mount Freedom, New Jersey, for Retail Theft, after she removed items valued at $48.75 from a South Main Street store.
November 21, 2013 – Police investigated five reported thefts of copper downspouts from buildings, the thefts occurring on West Bridge Street and Chestnut Street. Police have identified the possible suspect vehicle as being a newer model white pickup truck with a white camper shell over the bed, and bearing New Jersey registration. Anyone with information on this vehicle is requested to contact New Hope Police at 215-862-3033.
November 28, 2013 – At 1:19 a.m. Police cited Ryan Crawford, 22, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, for Harassment and Public Drunkenness, after he punched an employee of a South Main Street bar while being escorted from the establishment.
November 28, 2013 – At 1:54 a.m. Police cited Jacques Poirot, 24, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and Jonathan Zecchino, 23, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for Harassment, following a disturbance inside a South Main Street restaurant.
November 28, 2013 – At 2:16 a.m. Police cited Stephen Connolly, 21, of Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness, after he created a disturbance on West Bridge Street.
November 28, 2013 – At 2:45 a.m. Police responded to a fight in a West Bridge Street parking lot, during which one subject was knocked unconscious, and transported by ambulance to Saint Mary Medical Center. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
November 28, 2013 – At 9:29 a.m. the owner of a West Bridge Street establishment reported to police that at some time during the overnight hours, someone had broken off the top of a concrete fountain located in front of the business.
November 28, 2013 – At 11:49 a.m. a Riverwoods Drive resident reported to police that someone had removed part of a silver service from a cabinet within her home. At the time of the report the victim was uncertain as to when the items had been removed.
Lambertville
Case #13004204: Kristin Pucillo, 50, of Mendham, NJ, was arrested for DUI as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Saturday, Nov. 23. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Pucillo on Rt. 179 for reportedly failing to maintain her lane at 12:40 a.m.. Pucillo was allegedly determined to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested. Pucillo was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Failure to Maintain Lane. She was later released with a pending court date.
Case #13004227: Timothy Dulac, 53, of Yardley, PA was arrested for DUI on Saturday, November 23. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Dulac on Rt. 29 at 11:20 p.m. for alleged erratic driving. Dulac was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested. Dulac was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Failure to Maintain Lane. He was later released with a pending court date.
Case #13004182: Jason Weiland, 42, of Old Bridge, NJ, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Friday, November 22. Weiland was arrested by Sgt. Robert Brown on Jefferson Street, at 2:15AM, after a check of his vehicle’s registration revealed the active warrant. The warrant was issued by Hillsborough, for failure to appear on traffic charges. Weiland was later released after posting $130 bail.
