Lambertville police say man threatens President, White House; draws Secret Service interview

lambertville policeThe following was provided by law enforcement, and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

The Lambertville City Police Department said today that on Sunday, Nov. 17 at 4:12 p.m.,”Ptl Kenneth Housman was detailed to Coryell Street for an act of Criminal Mischief to a parked vehicle. Investigation revealed Walter T. Stenger, age 51, of Lambertville was possibly involved. Stenger began yelling profanities and threatened to kill President Obama, and blow up the White House. Stenger stated that he was an ex-Marine and had the means and know-how to do so. Stenger was charged with disorderly conduct. The Secret Service was contacted, who responded and interviewed Stenger. At this time Stenger is released.”

CASE # 13004086 – On Friday, Nov. 15 at 12:36 a.m., SFC Michael O’Rourke stopped Marco Guzman age 51, of Lambertville N.J. in the parking lot of the City Market, for failure to keep right. Guzman was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, Reckless driving, and speeding. Guzman was released to a family member pending a court appearance.
