New Hope
October 12, 2013 – At 2:09 a.m. Police cited Francisco Alfonso, 27, of New Hope, for Disorderly Conduct, after he was involved in a disturbance on South Main Street.
October 12, 2013 – At 4:47 a.m. Police arrested Kaceme Muldrow, 26, and Kenneth Wideman Jr, 23, both of Flemington, New Jersey, for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Conspiracy, after receiving a complaint of the theft of approximately $550.00 worth of electronic devices from an unoccupied vehicle, which had been parked on West Bridge Street. The suspects were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Leonard Brown, and were sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility when they were unable to post bail.
October 13, 2013 – At 6:33 p.m. Police arrested Marcos Gonzalez, 35, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, Jeremy Herrera-Salazar, 31, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, and Jimmy Duran, 29, of Manville, New Jersey, for Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, and related offenses, after they fled from an officer attempting to detain them for traffic violations.

CASE # 130002933 On Oct. 30, 2013 Det Michael Miloszar traveled to the Mercer County Corrections Center where he arrested Cassandra Durkin age 22, of Stockton N.J. Durkin was charged with one count of theft, one count of Criminal Trespass, and one count of Burglary. Durkin allegedly entered the Zanya Spa on State Highway 29 when they were closed and committed the theft. Durkin was lodged in the Hunterdon County jail on $5,000 bail.
CASE # 13003885 On Sunday Nov. 3, 2013 at approximately 1:32 a.m., Ptl Michael Gramlich stopped Gary L. Autz, age 56, of Hamilton N.J. on State Highway 29 for failure to keep right. Autz was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, reckless driving, and failure to keep right. Autz was released to a friend pending a court appearance.
CASE # 13003877 On Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 Ptl Joseph Weber was called to the Lilly’s On The Canal Restaurant for a reported theft. Owner Maurice Tome reported someone had removed two copper downspouts from the side of his business.
As first reported on Oct. 29., New Hope Police Officers are investigating theft of copper downspouts and railings from residential properties and businesses. On Oct. 28, two incidents of theft were reported on New Street. There is a third possible theft that officers are investigating that may have occurred on West Mechanic Street. On Oct. 29, officers received another complaint of a theft of copper railings on Mechanic Street. Residents are advised to report any suspicious noise that they may hear during the overnight hours. Any information on the thefts should be reported to Corporal Zimmerman at (215) 862-3033.
