Lambertville police blotter: disorderly conduct, petty theft, DUI

lambertville policeThe following was provided by the City of Lambertville Police Department. Names have been omitted:

CASE # 130348 – Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 7:23 p.m., SGT Robert was detailed to 258 Brunswick Pike for two females causing a disturbance. Upon patrol arrival, a female age 51, and another woman, age 46, were yelling and pounding on walls to an apartment. Both are tenants of the apartment complex. Both were charged with disorderly conduct.

CASE # 13003352 – Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 5:38 a.m., SFC Michael O’Rourke was detailed to a residence on Clinton street for a report of theft from two vehicles. The resident there stated various electronic items were stolen along with some loose change.

CASE # 13003379 – Thursday, Oct. 3 at 8:19 a.m., Ptl Michael Gramlich stopped a woman, age 37, of Lambertville, on Goat Hill road.  After a motor vehicle check revealed the vehicle’s  registration expired in May of 2013, she also was found to have two active warrants for her arrest — one from Jackson Township, and one out of Lambertville Municipal court —  totaling $460. The female posted bail and was released. She was issued a summons for having an expired registration.

Case #13003656 – A fellow, 24, of Hopewell, was arrested for DUI as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Sunday, Oct. 20. Ptl. Michael Gramlich stopped him on Rt. 518 for speeding at 2:30 a.m.  He was allegedly determined to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested. The chap was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Speeding.  He was later released to a family member with a pending court date.
