The Roxey Ballet Company of Lambertville will present four performances of Winter Works…To Warm the Soul. Featuring revivals of “La Baliene Blanche,” “Tempered Steele,” and “For the Love of It,” among others, this special show makes the ideal occasion for anyone celebrating Valentine’s Day as the evening promises to be a spectacle of passionate dance.
Local composer Richard Jarboe will make a special guest appearance performing acoustic guitar inspired by his collaboration with the Roxey Ballet as the composer of their first-ever original ballet, “La Baliene Blanche,” based on the Melville classic “Moby Dick.”
The performances are on Friday, February 8 at 7 p.m., Saturday, February 9 at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Sunday, February 10 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door.
