The Bucks County winery is offering a dual wine tasting and painting class on Sept. 18.

Whether you paint casually, seriously, or never picked up a paintbrush in your life, painters of every skill set will get their palettes flowing with inspiration from some of Crossing Vineyards’ award-winning wines.

Quite literally.

On Sept. 18, the 11-year-old winery will host a brand-new class that pairs painting with wine and cheese sampling. And, while sipping Crossing’s delectable wines, painters will be able to paint their very own still life, which features a wine bottle and glass.

“Everyone is welcome, regardless of artistic abilities,” Crossing Vineyards owner Christine Carroll said. “Who knows, maybe the next Monet will come through the door.”

If  you go

Crossing Vineyards’ Paint, Sip and Be Merry class will be held on Sept. 18 beginning at 6:30 at the winery, which is located at 1853 Wrightstown Road in Upper Makefield Township. Cost is $55 and includes wine, cheese, all painting materials and instruction. For more information or to purchase tickets, call Crossing at 215-493-6500 Ext. 19, or visit www.crossingvineyards.com
