If you’ve got talent, now’s your chance to let it shine by registering to audition for the second annual A Cappella vocal and instrumental “Competition for a Cause” at the RRazz Room in New Hope.

Contestants will be singing for a great charity and a chance to win a $1,000 cash prize and perform with headliner Natalie Douglas on Sept. 30. The winner will also receive a complete makeover at David J. Witchell Salon and Spa, and additional prizes will be awarded for second and third place winners.

“All are welcome to come out and watch our contestants perform,” said organizers.

Contestants can choose Aug. 9 or 16 to audition at the RRazz Room New Hope, and finalists from each night will compete at an Aug. 30 show. The winner will perform with singer Natalie Douglas on Sept. 30 at the RRazz Room.

Soloists, groups and instrumental accompaniments are welcome to compete, and proceeds benefit FACT, a local grass roots organization dedicated to providing financial assistance as a point of last resort to people living with HIV/AIDS in Bucks, Hunterdon and Mercer counties.

Contestants can sign up online at FACT, and can compete on Aug. 9 or 16, but must be available Aug. 30 for the final night of competition and on Sept. 30 for the final event with Douglas.

The minimum donation requested for each show is $15.00, and tickets are available online.

The 2017 Competition for a Cause is sponsored by the Rrazz Room, Bob Egan Entertainment, David J. Witchell, The UPS Store, and Broadway Cares.

RRazz Room New Hope is located at the Clarion Hotel & Suites at 6426 Lower York Road; (888) 596-1027.
