Warrington Man Arrested for Sexually Assaulting Solebury 13 Year Old He Met Online

Nicholas Fischer.

Nicholas David Fischer, 21, was arrested Friday at his residence in Warrington Township for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old child at Pat Livezey Park in Solebury Township in late January.

Fischer was arraigned Friday by District Court Judge Douple, who set bail at $150,000, and remanded him to Bucks County Prison.

Fischer was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and criminal use of a communication facility.

Magisterial district court records show the purported crime occurring on Jan. 28 at around 6:30 p.m. Fischer and the 13-year-old male had previously met on social media platform Grindr, and documents allege that the two exchanged phone numbers. Over time, Fisher “pushed” the minor into meeting and ultimately engaging in oral sex at Pat Livezey Park, according to the affidavit.

Solebury Township Police ask that anyone who may have had contact with Fischer regarding the alleged charges contact them at (215) 348-7400.
