Lambertville police blotter: throwing empty beer cans onto neighbor’s porch, plus a slew of warrants

Noel Lopez, 21, of Lambertville, was arrested on Sept. 18, at 10:16 p.m. for trespassing and littering.

Lt. Brown received an anonymous report of a male trespassing in the rear yard of 22 N. Union St. Subsequent to investigation, Lopez was found to be intoxicated. Several empty beer cans were found thrown onto the porch of 22 N. Union St.

Lopez was placed under arrest, and charged with trespassing and littering on private property. Lopez was later released with a pending court date.

 

Case #15006751:

Jardin Anthony Lazarre, 30, of Ewing, N.J., was arrested on Sept. 19, at 12:31 a.m. for an active warrant.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Bast observed Lazarre’s vehicle passing him on State Highway 29 in the area of the Laceworks. The vehicle was being operated with a broken driver’s side headlight, broken tail light and loud muffler. Lazarre was stopped in the area of Mt. Hope and South Main streets. Subsequent to investigation, Lazarre was found to have an active warrant issued from Hamilton Township Municipal Court for failure to appear, in the amount of $250.

Lazarre was placed under arrest, and processed for the warrant. Lazarre was able to post the $250 bail on the warrant, and was issued summonses for maintenance of lamps and failure to produce his vehicle registration card. He was later released with a pending court date.

 

Case #15006759:

Blanco R. Otero, 32, of Hamilton, N.J., was arrested on Sept. 19, at 11:28 a.m. for an active warrant.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Pascoe observed Otero’s vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of State Highway 165. Otero was stopped in the area of North Franklin and York streets. Subsequent to investigation, Otero was found to have an active traffic warrant issued from Trenton Municipal Court with bail set at $278.

Otero was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. Otero was able to post the bail, and was issued a summons for failing to exhibit a driver’s license. He was later released with a pending court date.

 

Case #15006919:

Ashley N. Friedman, 24, of Hamilton, NJ was arrested on Sept. 25 at 2:37 a.m. for an active warrant.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Gramlich observed Friedman’s silver Hyundai driving erratically in the area of Gordon’s Alley and Main Street. Ptl. Gramlich further observed that the plate light and brake light were not working on the vehicle. Ptl. Gramlich stopped Friedman in the area of State Highway 29 and the Laceworks Complex.

Subsequent to investigation, Friedman was found to have an outstanding traffic warrant issued from the Hammonton Municipal Court in the amount of $350. Friedman was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. Friedman was able to post $130 and was released on her own recognizance for the remaining sum. She was later released with a pending court date.  

 

Case #15006911:

Joseph D. Wiedau, 36, of Windsor, N.J., was arrested on Sept. 24 at 11:57 a.m. for and active warrant.

While on routine patrol, Ptl. Gramlich conducted a random plate inquire of Wiedau’s silver Ford Focus. The inquiry reported an active traffic warrant for Wiedau issued from the Lawrence Township Municipal court in the amount of $81.

Wiedau was stopped in the area of State Highway 29 and the Golden Nugget Flea Market, and was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. He was able to post bail, and later released.

 

Case #15006894:

Thomas J. Bell, 45, of Lumberville, was arrested on Sept. 24 at 11:04 a.m. for an active warrant.

While on routine patrol, Lt. Brown observed Bell’s black Chevy pickup traveling at 57 mph in an 40 mph zone. Lt. Brown stopped Bell in the area of State Highway 29 and the Golden Nugget Flea Market. Subsequent to investigation, Bell was found to have and active warrant issued from the Mercer County Prosecutors Office for fraud. No bail was attached. Bell was placed under arrest and lodged at the Mercer County Correction Center on the no-bail warrant.
