Laura Shapanus accepts 2014 Audience Choice Award for Best Short Film
New Hope Film Festival is continuing to accept U.S. and international submissions in Art House Features, Music Videos, Short and Feature Screenplays, Teleplays, Webisodes, T.V. Pilots, Short Films, Documentaries, Mid-Atlantic and Student categories, organizers said last week.
The regular deadline for film and script submissions is Dec. 26, 2014, but there’s a “late filing” deadline of Jan. 30, 2015.
Work can be submitted at the New Hope Film Festival’s website by clicking “submissions.”
The Sixth Annual New Hope Film Festival runs from July 24 through Aug. 02, 2015. Decisions will be emailed by April 15, 2015, say organizers.
Touted as an “emerging Sundance East,” the New Hope Film Festival focuses on work by independent artists, and was founded by author, screenwriter and long-time New Hope resident D. F. Whipple.
