Caleb Lentchner, former executive chef and general manager of Marsha Brown Restaurant in New Hope, is set to open his feisty new American bistro at the former Waterlilies location adjacent to Peddler’s Village, and dining in Lahaska may never be the same.

Lentchner has already been rolling out new breakfast and lunch menu items on the quiet, but the space is undergoing a total renovation scheduled for completion by Oct. 12.

“Once the signs are up, you’ll know we have made the transition from Waterlilies to Caleb’s American Kitchen,” said Lentchner. “The menu has inspiration from all things American – steaks, burgers, lobster, shellfish, creole, California and of course local Pennsylvania and New Jersey farmers when in season.”

Caleb’s American Kitchen is located at 5738 Route 202, Lahaska; (215) 794-8588.
