Supper Club Wednesdays at the Raven with Dwayne and Wayne

What can be said? Everyone who knows Wayne Surline’s food loves it, and now as executive chef at the Raven, he’s teamed up with multifaceted performer Dwayne Dunlevy to present a supper club experience every Wednesday.

Club menu choices for Sept. 19 are Thai pumpkin bisque or endive and arugula salad for starters, cheese-stuffed tortellini with shrimp and broccoli in a citron parmesan cream sauce or chicken marsala, and assorted desserts — all for $18.95. Also included of course are the musical tones and non-stop shtick of the talented Dunlevy, who rounds out the entire evening of food, song and zaniness.
